Churton Park Medical Care join Shared Care Record Programme

From 20 December 2017, patient's of Churton Park Medical Care will benefit from having a Shared Care Record available. 

Whanganui and MidCentral health districts join forces to improve patient care

Whanganui Regional Health Network (WRHN)  has recently reached an agreement with MidCentral DHB to form a joint Shared Care Record. With both health districts being geographic neighbours, there are many instances when patients receive care across the invisible health boundary.

Central Wellington Medical Centre to join Shared Care Record Programme

From 11 October 2017, patient's of Central Wellington Medical Centre will benefit from having a Shared Care Record available. 

City Medical Centre to join Shared Care Record Programme

From 1st September 2017 approximately 7,000 additional patients will benefit from having a Shared Care Record, as City Medical Centre join the programme. The addition of this practice means that 90% of people living in the Wellington, Kapiti, Porirua, Wairarapa and Hutt Valley districts will now have a Shared Care Record available in an emergency situation.

Additional Practice Launches Shared Care Record Access

From 1st April approximately 2,500 additional patients will have a Shared Care Record, as Seatoun Medical Centre join the programme.
